Apply for Renewed Hope job creation program – Yobe NDE coordinator urges residents – Blueprint Newspapers Limited – Yurika.R

The Director General National Directorate of Employment (NDE), Mr.Silas Ali Agara, says the agency has concluded arrangements to engage 93,731 unskilled and unemployed individuals across Nigeria.

The NDE Yobe state Coordinator,Hajiya Binta Aliyu, revealed that as part of the plan, a total of 1,701 was allocated to Yobe residents to apply for various skills training.

This was contained in a statement by the Information and Public Relation Officer NDE Yobe, Mohammed Alka, and made available to newsmen in Damaturu.

According to the statement, the program will offer vocational, agricultural, and entrepreneurial skills training, along with activities in the public works sector, utilizing over 30 different skill sets.

“The NDE’s job creation initiative will also provide start-up capital,equipment, and tools upon completion of training,while participants will be connected to credit-granting institutions for loans to help them start small and medium-sized businesses.

“Interested individuals should visit the NDE website www.nde.gov.ng or visit NDE skills acquisition center SAC old slaughter house pawari Damaturu office/ Federal Secretariat Complex Gashua Road for further enquiry.

“Successful applicants will be contacted by the NDE for placement in training centers.

“Closing date for online registration is October 28,2024,” the statement read.
