A video of a lecturer’s unconventional online math class has gone viral, drawing widespread attention to how it is impossible to learn a thing from the course.
It all began when a University of Lagos (Unilag) student revealed her school’s plan to move classes online temporarily due to ongoing renovations.
“Unilag wan do online classes till further notice. Very good. I’m not ready to be dragging backseat of cab with you people,” the student wrote.
In response, another user posted a humorous video of an online math class where the lecturer seemed to struggle with clarity.
In the video, the lecturer can be heard saying phrases like, “You add this one to this one, you get that one,” in a manner that left viewers scratching their heads.
The video quickly sparked conversations about the hurdles of online education and the need for effective communication in virtual learning environments.
